TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL TERMS
01 If you request an order, this means you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms.
02 If you fail to follow the rules provided, I have the right to decline your commission. Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
03 You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.
04 If you want to order an illustration for commercial use, prices will be tripled. However, for personal use or using it and/or as a way to get attention (like Patreon, You Tube videos, banner of personal site, business cards...), prices remain unchanged.
05 Under no circumstances should the watermark be removed, unless mentioned otherwise. An additional fee will be charged for the watermark removal.
06 I have the rights to upload the finished artwork on my gallery or anywhere I choose.
07 Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
08 The terms of reference are applicable to all commissioned artwork.
ORDER
01 Drafts and WIP at my discretion.
02 Please provide coloured references in a CLEAR and nice manner. You may provide me with a detailed coloured palette if you do not have a coloured reference.
03 Even if the provided colours are provided, I will still modify it slightly to fit my colouring style. However, if you want me to stick to them, please specify it in the form.
04 For Artists & Clients commissions, click on the "Commission artist" button on the commission slot that you are interested in. If you are unfamiliar with this platform, just drop whisper and I will do my best to guide you.
05 For Deviantart and Instagram commissions, please drop me a note with the form below:

PAYMENT ( All platforms EXCEPT Artists & Clients)
01 Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed to accept your commission.
02 I will not start unless I receive full payment upfront.
03 All prices are in USD only.
04 Deviantart Points are negotiable.
05 After payment is received, I will send you a confirmation and add you to my to-do list.
06 Payment will be discussed and final amount will be confirmed during the ordering process.
07 By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any PayPal chargeback.
08 All prices listed on my commission page includes PayPal taxes (if payment made via PayPal).
09 In any case, where the payment are wrongly gifted or transferred to me via PayPal, due to wrong amount or wrong currency, full amount will be refunded to you. However, I will not be liable for any PayPal taxes charged.
PAYMENT ( For Artists & Clients (A&C) Platform only)
01 All additional charges will be discussed in the A&C before job request acceptance.
02 I will not start unless payment is made to the platform.
03 All prices are in USD only.
04 After payment is received, I will add you to my to-do list.
05 You will receive the full unwatermarked (by A&C) artwork once you've clicked the job as completed. My watermark will still be on the artwork depending on what you ordered.
06 By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them.
WORK SPEED & COMMUNICATION
01 Time required per artwork is approximately 3 - 7 days. However, the ACTUAL time for your commission to be completed can be up to 1-2 months depending on where you are on my commission to-do-list and other factors such as; health, complexity, work, family issues and vacation. Feel free to ask me for the estimated time of completion during the order.
02 I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.
03 If you need your piece finished ASAP, you may place it at TOP PRIORITY on my to-do list for a fee; additional 70% of the total price.
04 I am always contactable via all my social media links listed on my profile page.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
01 Small changes are allowed to be made after the commission is complete. Small changes includes:
minor marking mistakesminor colour adjustmentsadjustments that do not require me to redraw and recolour most of the artwork.02 I will not entertain any major changes which requires a complete redraw. So, please state everything clearly and in full detail when ordering as I do it exactly as stated. If you insist on a redraw no matter what, you will simply have to commission me again.
03 If your references were unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
04 Any mistakes made on my end (e.g. misread description, missed a detail, etc…), I will correct free of charge. However if the mistake is as a result of insufficient information or not mentioned to me when I accepted your commission, I am not obliged to correct or change anything for you.
CANCELLING / REFUNDING POLICY
01 I have the right to cancel and refund the money for you commission at any time. If this occurs, the full amount will be refunded back to you within 48 hours unless stated otherwise.
02 You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
03 If money has not been sent yet, you have the right to cancel the commission.
04 Rude/disrespectful/abusive commissioners will have their commission immediately canceled with a refund based on how much of the artwork was completed already. For this case, I will not be liable for any PayPal taxes charged.
05 If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will forbidden to ever commission me again.Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for. I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
01 I, the artist, hold every right to my artwork, not the commissioner. Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Promote myself with in any place or sitePublish books withTo display it anywhere to my liking and post it wherever I want.02 You, the commissioner, are allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwisePrint the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itselfUse the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist unless stated otherwise by the artistRepost the art on other sites03 If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
04 If the artwork commissioned by you is to be posted somewhere for personal use (e.g. tumblr, fb, twitter, etc), credit is optional but highly appreciated.
05 It is your responsibility to save the image after I have sent you the link. I clean my gallery from time to time and there is no guarantee that I will keep a copy of the finished artwork.
06 If you wish for your commission to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet, I'll charge you an extra 30% fee of the total price.
07 If by any case you wish to "un-private" that commission in the future (so you can upload it somewhere), you just have to send me a note or message, and however there will be no refunds for the extra private fee.
08 The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (Meaning making money of it in any way), unless agreed otherwise.Use it for advertising with commercial purposes, unless agreed otherwise.Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.Removing any watermarks/signatures. Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
